Running, Walking and Biking Loops

For safer biking or walking between Lewiston and Auburn, you can use the pedestrian bridge between Railroad Park in Lewiston and Bonney Park in Auburn.

1. Auburn Middle School Trails network – Up to 15 miles -Trail heads are at the Auburn Middle School and on Sunset Ave, Auburn    Post a review
2.  Lake Auburn Loops – For running: Up to 5 miles (2.5 each way)-Whitman Spring Road and N. Auburn Road, Auburn- not good pavement; For biking: About 11 miles- Mt. Auburn Ave, to W. Auburn Ave, to N. Auburn Ave, right on Lake Shore Drive, right on Turner Rd/Rt. 4.   Post a review

5. Riverside Cemetery – Up to 3 miles – Cemetery at the corner of Riverside Street and Summer Street, Lewiston- can also access these trails at Sunnyside Park (the corner of Whipple and Winter St.)- follow trail at bottom of the cemetery along the river until Strawberry Ave. Trail resumes just beyond the Tall Pines housing development, and comes out just behind Marden’s on Main St./Rt. 202.   Post a review
